Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by applying your expertise in makeup artistry and product knowledge. Drive sales through effective customer engagement, building relationships, and inspiring clients with your passion for beauty. Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness. Be a brand ambassador, representing Charlotte Tilbury with enthusiasm and professionalism. Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and industry insights to inform customers effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a beauty or luxury retail environment is preferred. Passion for makeup and skincare, with an understanding of beauty trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieving sales objectives while maintaining a positive attitude.
