Responsibilities:
Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately rings customer purchases. Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Accurately process subscription bin receiving duties for all vendors. Must have a general knowledge of Marvel, DC and key indie titles. Stay up to date on product knowledge by reading weekly curated reading lists. Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and general floor maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possesses fantastic customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time. Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Abe to stand for long periods of time. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Retail customer experience preferred. PERKS Read all the comics you want!
