Growth opportunities We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, helping them find the products they need, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their needs and wants. Provide excellent customer service. Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and preferences. Answer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
