Front Desk & Membership Lead — YA FIT Pilates YA FIT Pilates is a reformer studio with locations in Agoura Hills and Tarzana. We are growing, and we are looking for someone to anchor our front desk and help our community grow with us. What this role actually is You are the first face our clients see when they walk in, and the last one they see on the way out. You know the roster. You know the regulars. You recognize when someone is on their last intro class and ready to commit, and you make that conversation feel natural. You work alongside our instructors during check-in. You take photos of new clients for their profile. You greet by name. You follow up on missed bookings. You spot the new client who lit up after their first session and you help them find their next one. Sales is part of the job, but the work is relational, not transactional. The people who do this well are the ones who genuinely care about the clients in front of them, and have the instincts and experience to convert that care into commitment. Who we are looking for You have experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or wellness, where you have closed memberships, packages, or built repeat clients through real relationships Direct experience at studios like Club Pilates, Solidcore, Equinox, SoulCycle, Pure Barre, OrangeTheory, Lifetime, or a comparable boutique studio is a strong plus You can read a room and know when to lean in and when to step back You communicate clearly with instructors, with clients, with the team You are organized enough to prep daily rosters and detail-oriented enough to remember the small things that make clients feel known You are available to work across both locations as needed What you can expect from us $20-25/hour base depending on experience, plus performance-based commission.
