Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment Assist with stocking, inventory management, and basic retail math to keep the store well-supplied and efficient Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff during busy periods by helping with customer service tasks and ensuring store standards are upheld Experience Prior retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and basic math calculations accurately Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with positive attitude and professionalism Supervising experience is beneficial for growth opportunities within the team Join us as a Sales and Customer Service Associate where your proactive approach, product knowledge, and dedication will help us deliver outstanding service every day!
