You'll develop valuable communication and sales skills while helping customers make informed decisions with confidence. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll represent AT&T through meaningful customer interactions, educating individuals on wireless plans, high-speed internet solutions, and available promotions. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their connectivity needs and recommend AT&T wireless and fiber solutions. Educate customers on product features, service benefits, available promotions, and package options. Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and personalized service. Support customer enrollment by accurately collecting information and guiding customers through the sign-up process. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM and reporting tools. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall campaign success. Participate in ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate High school diploma or GED required; coursework in retail, communications, or business is a plus. Experience in retail sales, customer support, or merchandising Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly, build trust, and adapt messaging to diverse shoppers. Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a focus on maintaining store excellence and delivering consistent customer satisfaction. Proficiency with POS systems and digital tools, demonstrating ability to process transactions, monitor inventory, and streamline daily workflows efficiently.
