Delco Sales, a premier manufacturers' representative agency, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk. Delco Sales is serving the commercial plumbing industry throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii. We are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our growing team in Anaheim. As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. What You'll Do Customer Service & Reception Answer and operate a busy multi-line phone system. Professionally greet visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members. Minimize caller hold times and provide exceptional customer service. Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Administrative Support Maintain digital and paper filing systems, including invoices and purchase orders. Print, distribute, and archive customer orders. Assist team members with locating requested documentation. Update company phone directories and contact information. Maintain conference room schedules and meeting readiness. Process outgoing FedEx shipments and coordinate pickups. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. Office Operations Enter billing daily. Process reports three times daily. Maintain office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners. Monitor office supply levels and replenish paper and materials as needed. Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Characteristics Dependable and punctual. Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent service. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $21.00- 26.00 per hour in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
