In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Duties Meet the customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing cycle for countertops. Manage the after sales service issues the customer may have. Coordinate with Granada internal operations on any logistics and product quality issues, and solve them on a timely manner. Perform monthly sales analysis and develop sales improvement actions. Report customer claims, including quality, service issues to the company management timely. Discuss customer product trend feedback with management team for new product introduction. This role requires working in the office as well as conducting in-person, on-site outreach. Experience in 20-20 software design is a plus.
