A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting guests throughout the buying process. Their duties include greeting customers when they enter the store, helping customers find specific products or showing them how to use them and ringing up customer purchases on the POS register.

Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers into the store Staying knowledgeable about all the brands sold in store Explaining to customers the best products for their needs Recommending related products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping experience Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales. Job Requirements/Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma/GED. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. People skills Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Product knowledge Energy level 1-2 years of retail experience desired
