Job Description
Pacific Link Communications is hiring motivated and driven individuals to join our growing team as a Wireless Sales Associate representing AT&T products and services throughout California. This opportunity is ideal for competitive, customer-focused candidates who want to develop professional sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. As a Wireless Sales Associate , you will engage directly with customers in residential settings, promote AT&T wireless solutions, and help customers find products and services that fit their communication and connectivity needs. Every Wireless Sales Associate plays a key role in driving customer acquisition, building lasting relationships, and supporting overall team sales performance. Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Associate Engage with customers in person to promote and sell AT&T wireless products and services Educate customers on wireless plans, mobile devices, upgrades, and current promotions Identify customer needs and recommend customized wireless solutions Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service Generate new customer interest and support daily sales and customer acquisition goals Confidently guide customers through the enrollment and purchasing process Maintain accurate customer records and process service enrollments efficiently Stay informed on AT&T products, promotions, and wireless technology updates Collaborate with team members in a competitive, goal-oriented sales environment Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm during all customer interactions Qualifications for the Wireless Sales Associate Role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in face-to-face customer interactions and sales presentations Competitive mindset with a strong motivation to achieve performance goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or telecommunications is a plus but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Why Join Pacific Link Communications?
