While previous sales experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As a Membership Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping prospective members discover the benefits of our facility and services. Responsibilities include conducting outbound phone calls, following up with leads, engaging with current and prospective members, giving club tours, and creating meaningful connections within the local community. You'll also participate in marketing efforts both inside and outside the club, including building relationships with neighboring businesses and generating new leads.
