Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cashier/Sales Associate and become the friendly face that enhances every customer's shopping experience! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product demos when applicable. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Maintain an organized sales floor through merchandising and stocking products to ensure an inviting shopping environment. Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities while providing helpful product recommendations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Manage inventory levels by assisting with stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support team members with supervising responsibilities when needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is advantageous. Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments will help you excel in this role. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are essential for engaging confidently with customers and team members. Pay:
$178.77 - $215.29 per day
