In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing expert guidance on product selection, visual merchandising, and store organization. Your proactive approach will ensure the sales floor is inviting, well-stocked, and aligned with our branding standards. Responsibilities commercial building requirements Crew to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to shift start. willing to work multiple shifts. Empty all Trash bins throughout the entire store sales floor, front-end, back of house, restrooms, spot clean bins, replace store supplied can liners and place trash in a designated area.

PRIMARY AREAS

Includes Vestibules, Entryway, Front End, Main Sales Aisles, Restrooms, Fitting Rooms:

DAILY CLEANING TASKS

FULLY detail vacuum entry mats and vestibules at all entrance, exits of store. Crew to supply vacuum. Spot clean entrance, exit door glass and frames. FULLY sweep and dust mop sales floor, paying attention to corners and edges. Remove stickers and gum. FULLY damp mop sales floor and remove all scuff marks within the primary area including fitting rooms. Dust and spot clean Fitting Room mirrors, partitions, and benches daily. Damp wipe, disinfect. Detail clean and disinfect customer facing restrooms including walls, toilets, partitions, light switches, counters, door handles, push plates, urinals, sinks, metal work, mirrors, and exposed surfaces. Spot clean, dust light fixtures and vents.  

Weekly:

Remove ink/ sprayed graffiti off any/ all fixtures. Etched graffiti to be removed by others. Re-fill all dispensers including toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, sanitary napkins, toilet seat covers. Wipe down surfaces after refilling. Monitor and spot clean ceiling vents on sales floor to prevent buildup. FULLY sweep and dust mop floor. Remove stickers and gum. SPOT damp mop floor and remove all scuff marks within the secondary area.

BACK-OF-HOUSE AREA

Includes, Break Room, Managers Office, Janitorial Closet, BOH Restrooms:

DAILY CLEANING TASKS

Spot sweep, and damp mop floors. Detail clean and disinfect restrooms including walls, toilets, partitions, light switches, counters, door handles, push plates, urinals, sinks, metal work, mirrors, and exposed surfaces. Using a dedicated mop, neutral pH7, disinfectant solution, mop restroom floors DAILY Re-fill all dispensers including toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, sanitary napkins, toilet seat covers. Wipe down surfaces after refilling. Spot clean restroom walls, vents, and light fixtures. Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and overall store organization are upheld at all times Requirements Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail or similar environments Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members in multiple languages if applicable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in store management or retail leadership roles is highly desirable Ability to train & develop team members while fostering a positive work environment Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts Join us as a Commercial Sales Floor Associate if you're passionate about retail sales, thrive on teamwork, and are eager to grow your career in a lively environment that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
