This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, explaining product options, and working toward sales goals in a structured retail setting. In this role, you will engage customers on the sales floor, provide accurate product information, and contribute directly to store sales performance. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner Provide clear information about products, pricing, and available offers Assist customers in selecting products that fit their needs and budget Support daily and weekly sales goals Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain organized and stocked product displays Participate in paid training on products, systems, and sales standards Work collaboratively with store team members and management Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay with commission eligibility Paid training provided Opportunities for performance-based advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time opportunities Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers in a retail setting Goal-oriented and dependable Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods, including up to 8-hour shifts Professional appearance and positive attitude.
