Whether engaging with retail customers or dealership clients, your organizational skills and sales acumen will help foster lasting relationships and boost store performance. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance in selecting auto parts and accessories tailored to their vehicle needs. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate sales transactions, cash handling, and order fulfillment. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting inventory management tasks, and maintaining organized storage areas. Assist customers with automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance advice, and automotive repair queries to ensure they receive the best solutions. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools. Offer bilingual support to serve a diverse customer base effectively, enhancing communication and customer satisfaction. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries, providing clear information about products, services, or store policies. Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers or new product lines to increase retail sales. Uphold safety standards through proper maintenance of tools and work areas while adhering to dealership policies. Skills Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, automotive service procedures, and vehicle maintenance techniques. Excellent negotiation skills to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions while maximizing sales opportunities. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS software, Microsoft Excel, and retail math for accurate record keeping and reporting. Exceptional communication skills—bilingual abilities are highly valued—to connect effectively with a diverse clientele. Solid organizational skills for stocking, inventory control, order processing, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Experience in dealership or retail sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with CMMS tools for maintenance scheduling and inventory tracking is a plus. Ability to perform automotive repair-related tasks or assist with automotive diagnostics when needed. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations confidently.
