We're currently looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as a R etail Lead . Position Overview As a Lead at Cannavine, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, informative, and positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors. You'll help customers discover products that fit their needs, educate them on cannabis products and consumption methods, and ensure every interaction reflects Cannavine's commitment to exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about cannabis, enjoys helping others, and works well as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest Build rapport with customers and provide personalized product recommendations Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, cannabinoids, consumption methods, and effects Maintain strong knowledge of current cannabis products, brands, and industry trends Accurately process transactions using POS systems and handle cash responsibly Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state and company regulations Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment Work collaboratively with team members and management to support daily operations Represent Cannavine professionally at all times Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must have previous Cannabis industry experience Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience Cash handling and POS experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift light inventory as needed What We Offer Competitive pay with tips ranging from $5-$10 per hour Positive and supportive work environment Employee discounts and perks Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding industry Ongoing product education and training A fun, collaborative team culture Why Join Cannavine?
