In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect wireless solutions tailored to their needs. Your energy and expertise will inspire confidence, foster lasting relationships, and contribute to a vibrant shopping experience. Whether demonstrating the latest devices or guiding customers through their options, you'll play a key role in expanding our community of satisfied clients. Duties Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction Assist with merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves and maintaining attractive displays Perform POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Upsell additional products or plans to maximize customer value and store sales goals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support store operations through inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining organized product displays Requirements Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with retail math concepts like sales tracking and inventory management Experience in upselling, product demos, and promoting new offerings to customers Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering innovative wireless solutions while growing your career in a supportive environment!
