In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures. Utilize basic math skills to process sales and give change as needed. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. Adhere to phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions. Basic math skills for accurate sales processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. Experience in a grocery store setting is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
