Sunmed | Your CBD Store Sunmed | Your CBD Store in Burbank is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Representative with proven sales experience and a passion for customer care. This is a hands-on role in a vibrant retail environment where your communication skills and sales drive will make a direct impact on our business. If you're 21 or older, love helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced sales setting, we want to hear from you!
Compensation:
Competitive base salary Monthly bonus when store quota is met Responsibilities Greet and engage customers with a positive attitude Understand customer needs and recommend products and services Explain product features, pricing, and after-sale services clearly Help customers compare products to make informed decisions Cross-sell related products and promote current offers Keep shelves stocked and merchandise organized Process returns professionally and efficiently Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service during busy hours Report customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay current with product knowledge and CBD wellness trends Requirements Must be 21 years or older Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic Ability to build trust and rapport with customers Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets Knowledge of inventory practices and basic math Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends High school diploma required Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus Help us make a difference by delivering wellness through high-quality CBD products and exceptional customer experiences.
