This role is ideal for a professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and understands the value of branded merchandise, client relationship management, and promotional marketing solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and Account Executives to develop creative promotional product strategies, manage account activity, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted partner to clients and Account Executives by developing promotional product solutions aligned with brand and business objectives. Create professional visual presentations and merchandise recommendations tailored to client needs. Manage sales pipeline activity, monitor client spending, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships. Stay informed on industry trends, promotional products, and decoration capabilities. Coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of promotional product programs. Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Maintain accurate records and customer information within CRM platforms. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, promotional products, marketing, customer success, or a related field. Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the promotional products or branded merchandise industry. Familiarity with ESP, Sage, Commonsku, or similar promotional products software. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of product sourcing, supplier management, and decoration methods. Experience supporting trade shows, events, or marketing campaigns.
