Weekdays Only Hourly Base :

$20 + Performance Bonuses ($25-30/hr potential) Village Optometry is a busy, patient-focused practice looking for an outgoing team member to join our sales team helping to sell glasses and spa-like eye treatments such as IPL and RF. No optical experience is required, we provide structured in-house training and support ABO certification for employees who want to grow in the industry. A licensed esthetician would be very succesful in this position, but this is not required. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working face-to-face with people, enjoys fashion or style, and is excited by a sales-driven environment. This a new position for our office and we're looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with creative problem solving to build this new piece of our practice. What Success Looks Like Building strong relationships that create loyal patients Confidently recommending medical services, eyewear products and lens options Maintaining high conversion from eye exams to eyewear purchases and facial treatments Creating a fun, personalized experience for every patient Responsibilities Help patients select frames, lenses, and contact lenses Assess skin near eyes for medical facial treatments, and sell packages Guide patients through a consultative sales process Ask questions about lifestyle, work, hobbies, and visual needs Explain lens options, insurance benefits, and pricing Answer phones and schedule appointments Organize inventory and maintain the optical area Assist with general office support ain any capacity necessary for team success What We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic personality Comfortable talking with people all day Confident recommending products and guiding decisions Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and willing to learn a structured sales system Team-oriented with a positive attitude Interested in long-term growth and learning This Role may not be a fit If you feel uncomfortable with sales or asking clients lifestyle questions .
