Job Overview Cricket Wireless Sale Associates are vital members of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our wireless products and services. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and assisting them in selecting the best solutions to meet their communication needs. Ideal candidates are personable, sales-driven, and possess strong communication skills to create a welcoming shopping environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of wireless devices and plans Assist customers with selecting suitable products and services based on their needs Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Perform inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and merchandising setup Use phone etiquette to answer customer inquiries professionally both in-store and over the phone Support team members through supervising experience when applicable, ensuring smooth store operations Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions and retail math calculations Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales skills within a dynamic retail setting.
