ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Vivienne Westwood boutique in Los Angeles for 4 days a week. This role is focused on delivering a high-touch, luxury client experience, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident seller with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and an existing client portfolio. Overview of the role and responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Sales Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Vivienne Westwood brand Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business performance Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products, styling, and collections Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from initial engagement to after-sales service Clientele & Relationship Building Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and loyalty Proactively engage in client outreach, including appointments, follow-ups, and events Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems Product Knowledge & Brand Representation Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times Store Operations Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and visual merchandising Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping Team Contribution Work collaboratively with the team to support store goals Contribute to a positive and professional working environment Support additional business needs as required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on driving results Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs Strong clientele skills with an existing client portfolio preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of fashion trends, products, and styling Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is preferred but not mandatory (Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to perform additional duties to fulfil the requirements of the role)
