Full Job Description Job Functions:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions and providing outstanding customer service.
• Take phone/online orders.
• Follows Company drink/dessert recipes and procedures and maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Handle Cash Register.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Answers customer questions regarding our products.
• Restocks shelves when necessary and keeps the environment organized.
• Routinely clean the bar area, floor, outside table, and takes out the trash, etc.
• Informs the manager on duty of any operational issues.
• Reports all customer complaints to the shift leader/manager on duty
• Maintain a clean and organized storefront
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to work under pressure and Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• Great multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer service and restaurant experience.

Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 25-30 pounds.
