Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create an engaging shopping experience, ensuring customers find the right products to meet their needs. As a key ambassador for our brand, you'll provide exceptional customer service, educate clients about product options, and promote responsible consumption. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing industry while making a positive impact on our community. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs Provide detailed product demonstrations and educate customers on usage, effects, and safety guidelines Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by highlighting new or popular items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain accurate inventory levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales and documentation Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills Requirements Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team collaboration skills Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer populations effectively Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups Experience with POS systems and cash register operations is essential Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Join us as a Budtender and become part of an energetic team dedicated to providing outstanding service while promoting responsible use.
