Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender for Corona OTC, where you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their retail experience with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping environment Assist customers in selecting OTC products, including product demos and detailed explanations of benefits and usage Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products effectively by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options Maintain well-stocked shelves through merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to OTC products and retail sales procedures Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services with excellent phone etiquette Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or health/wellness retail environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math principles Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Budtender Corona OTC and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding service while promoting responsible product use.
