Responsibilities:

Engage with clients professionally and build strong, trust-based relationships. Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of our luxury product lines, including Rolex watches, fine jewelry, and diamond engagement rings. Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them select the perfect pieces that match their style and preferences. Stay informed on the latest trends in luxury watches, jewelry, and engagement rings. Conduct sales presentations highlighting the craftsmanship and value of our products, inspiring clients to make a purchase. Educate clients on the technical aspects and craftsmanship of luxury watches and jewelry. Meet and exceed seasonal sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Proactively cultivate new client relationships through networking and referrals. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and events to increase holiday sales. Use CRM systems to track customer preferences and manage leads for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and participation in seasonal events.

Qualifications:

Proven success in luxury retail sales, with experience in watches, jewelry, or similar luxury goods. Familiarity with Rolex watches is a plus. Passion for luxury watches, jewelry, and the artistry behind them. Strong sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with high-end clients. Self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment during the holiday season. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and the MS Office Suite.
