Duties Engage with customers enthusiastically to understand their style preferences and needs Assist shoppers in selecting clothing, accessories, and merchandise that complement their individual look Conduct product demonstrations and styling sessions to showcase new arrivals and trending items Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-stocked Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges while card payments responsibly Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and perform inventory counts to ensure availability of popular items Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are highly valued Proficiency with Shopify POS systems, basic math for transactions, and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers remotely or over the phone Knowledge of merchandising techniques, product demos, and stock replenishment strategies Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving This role is paid and offers an exciting chance to develop your sales expertise while making a positive impact on every customer you serve.
