Associates/Team Members 6100 Mission Street, Daly City, CA 94014 $17.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time $17.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and friendly Associates /Team Members to join Grocery Outlet of Daly City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail. As Associates /Team Members, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions with precision. Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges while adhering to store policies. Clean and maintain cleanliness and organization. Assist in merchandising products. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product inquiries and store promotions. Stocking, loading and unloading of products on shelves and/or pallets. Able to lift. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Basic understanding of retail math concepts for accurate transaction processing. Willingness to learn about products and promotions to assist customers better.
