Behind the scenes, our janitorial team plays a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant stays spotless and inviting for our guests and team members alike. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker / Cart Attendants to join our team and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and organization that define MegaMart CA INC.

Key Responsibilities:

Breaking down cardboard boxes and compact them for recycling. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure they are spotless and safe. Take out trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to waste management guidelines. Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, and surfaces as needed. Respond promptly to spills or accidents to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local sanitation standards. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Collect shopping carts and make ready for usage for guests.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
