Job Description
We are seeking a polished, service-oriented Sales Associate / Stylist to join a luxury retail boutique located within a prestigious Five-Star resort in Del Mar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, styling, gifting, and creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, has a strong sense of personal style, and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience for every guest Provide styling advice and product recommendations across apparel, accessories, gifts, and lifestyle products Build relationships with resort guests, members, and local clientele Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory management, receiving, and replenishment Support daily boutique operations and maintain a welcoming environment Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals Qualifications Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or styling experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and positive attitude Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and luxury service Ability to multitask and work independently Weekend and holiday availability required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys styling and merchandising, and understands that luxury retail is about creating memorable experiences.
