Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements, aligning our offerings with their business objectives. Lead negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships. Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining ongoing communication. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies that resonate with B2B audiences. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze data for continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in technical sales. Experience Proven success in B2B sales or business development within a technology or related industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively. Experience in account management, nurturing long-term client relationships, and expanding existing business portfolios. Familiarity with marketing strategies and how they integrate into sales initiatives. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines. Demonstrated ability in technical sales environments, with an understanding of technology products or services preferred. Excellent communication skills combined with analysis skills to interpret client needs and market data effectively.
