Saturdays and Sundays Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and bilingual Sales Support & Inventory Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position mainly focuses on sales support, inventory management, order coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales-related administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and record keeping Monitor and maintain accurate sales inventory records Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy Assist with order processing, order follow-up, and sales support tasks Handle customer inquiries, order issues, and after-sales service requests in a timely manner Process returns, exchanges, repairs, and customer service cases Communicate with customers, warehouse staff, and internal teams in both English and Chinese Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and related documents Support inventory checks and help improve inventory management efficiency Perform other sales support and customer service duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Chinese, spoken and written Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in sales support, customer service, inventory management, or administrative work preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in inventory control, order processing, or sales coordination Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse systems, or inventory management software Experience handling customer service, returns, exchanges, or after-sales support is a plus
