The AT&T Associate serves as a key connection between customers and the latest telecommunications solutions. In this role, you will engage with customers, educate them about available products and services, and help them find the best solutions to meet their communication and connectivity needs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by performance goals, and want to develop professional sales and communication skills in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Associate Represent AT&T products and services to prospective and existing customers Engage with customers directly to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions Present wireless plans, internet services, device upgrades, and promotional offers to drive sales Build strong relationships with customers to create positive experiences and long-term loyalty Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities Collaborate with fellow AT&T Associate and management to achieve sales goals Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales and onboarding process Qualifications of an AT&T Associate Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic to drive sales performance Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment This is your opportunity to grow as a professional sales expert while making a real difference for customers.
