Mail & More is Elk Grove's premier one-stop shop for not only packing and shipping, but also private mailbox services, notary public, faxing, scanning, package drop-offs, passport photos, document shredding, digital fingerprinting, and more.

Position Title:

Store Associate Position Hours Part Time (18-22 hours per week)

Mail & More Store Hours Monday-Friday:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday:

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday:

The Mail & More Store Associate is someone who comes to work each day looking for an opportunity to learn, work hard, and serve the unique needs of each of our customers. For many of our customers, their transaction at Mail & More will be the most important errand they run that day. Our Store Associates have a positive energy and orientation towards enabling our customers to walk away satisfied. Store Associates are paid on an hourly basis, but those who become a Notary Public are also paid an additional commission for each signature they provide. Mail & More will provide Notary Public training with a goal of all team members becoming Notaries. Essential Duties and Requirements Must be a people person and enjoy interacting with customers, many of which are part of the Mail & More family of regulars Being detail oriented is critical as each and every detail matters when it comes to ensuring our customer's needs are met with the confidence they deserve Multi-tasking is a huge part of the job Understanding that treating customers exceptionally well is the Mail & More difference Able to be on your feet and moving for long periods of time Able to lift and move parcels and packages throughout the day Solid understanding of technology as we work with computers, fax/scan machines, tablets, postage machines, scales, and more Work in a collaborative manner with store ownership and other Store Associates to serve the unique needs of our customers Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Decision making skills Ability to give and take direction Effective verbal and listening communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Be honest, trustworthy, and flexible Demonstrate strong communication skills with a high level of critical thinking Proficient ability to use a computer Maintain positive, proactive communication with the Mail & More Team An exceptional multi-tasker Mail & More is a drug free work environment and an equal opportunity employer.
