We're looking for energetic individuals to join our San Diego team as Customer Enrollment Associate, focusing on sales of AT&T Business Wireless services to business clients. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where your ability to connect with decision-makers and drive sales will make a real impact on local businesses. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality sales presentations, educating clients on AT&T Business Wireless solutions, and closing new accounts. Core Customer Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
Execute in-person sales strategies targeting business clients within an assigned territory. Present and sell AT&T Wireless products and services, focusing on customized sales solutions that meet client needs. Drive new sales by securing accounts, following up on leads, and nurturing client relationships. Track and document all sales activity, client interactions, and market insights for team review. Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members to share sales strategies, best practices, and support overall team success. Maintain a professional presence at all client meetings, representing AT&T Wireless with credibility and expertise. Key Skills & Attributes for Success Strong interpersonal skills with experience interacting directly with business clients. Driven, self-motivated, and focused on achieving sales targets. Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively pitch sales solutions. Natural persuasive ability and enthusiasm for sales. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize time to maximize sales opportunities. Prior experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles is a plus.
