We're growing our San Diego team and adding new Entry Level Sales Representative team members to support expanding telecommunications campaigns. This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field, speaking directly with customers and helping them understand the latest telecommunications services available to them. Every Entry Level Sales Representative starts with hands-on guidance, so you're not expected to have prior experience in telecommunications or sales. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, your day is built around conversations. You'll be: Introducing customers to current telecommunications services and promotions Breaking down options so customers actually understand what they're choosing Helping people switch, upgrade, or enroll in new telecommunications plans Moving through different locations throughout the San Diego area Working alongside other Entry Level Sales Representative team members during campaigns What you learn (without sitting in a classroom) How to confidently start and lead conversations How to explain telecommunications services in a way that makes sense How to handle objections without overthinking it How to close a sale naturally How to stay consistent even on slower days The Entry Level Sales Representative team is fast-moving, social, and goal-driven. You don't need experience in telecommunications. You don't need a perfect resume.

You do need to be:

18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States Comfortable talking to new people Willing to learn quickly in an entry level environment Open to feedback and improvement Motivated by performance and personal progress Right now We're adding multiple Entry Level Sales Representative team members as our telecommunications campaigns expand across San Diego.
