Part-Time - 15-30 hours a week 21+ Req We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Budtender to join our team and help guide customers through our cannabis products with expertise and care. About the Role As a Budtender, you'll be the face of our dispensary, greeting customers, answering questions about strains and products, and helping each person find exactly what they're looking for. Whether someone's a longtime enthusiast or trying cannabis for the first time, you'll make them feel welcome and informed. What You'll Do Provide excellent guest experience and product education, helping customers find the right products for their needs. Verify ID and ensure full compliance with state cannabis regulations on every transaction. Operate our point-of-sale system (Meadow) to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle cash responsibly, including opening and closing the till and counting drawers at the start and end of shifts. Use Metrc for track-and-trace compliance, ensuring all product movement is properly logged. Manage inventory in Meadow, including reconciling inventory counts at the end of each shift. Update and upload menu materials using Canva for in-store and digital displays. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor. Stay current on new products, strains, and consumption methods. What We're Looking For Must be 21+ years of age. Previous cannabis industry experience and product knowledge strongly preferred. Guard Card preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people. Comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory systems (Meadow experience a plus). Detail-oriented with strong cash handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer skills, including email correspondence and data entry/spreadsheet management. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any required state cannabis worker permits/badges. What We Offer Starting pay at $17.00/hour. Employee discount on products. Flexible scheduling.
