Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team at Papa Murphy's. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is eager to learn all aspects of store operations. As a Crew Member, you will be cross-trained in every area of the business, including food preparation, customer service, inventory management, opening and closing procedures, and daily store operations. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic who have the potential to grow into future leadership and management roles. Responsibilities Prepare fresh dough, toppings, and ingredients according to Papa Murphy's standards. Assemble and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Take customer orders, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including food preparation areas, customer areas, and equipment. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, cleaning, stocking, and operational checklists. Receive, organize, and rotate inventory deliveries while following food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and stock management. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Learn all aspects of store operations and take on additional responsibilities as skills develop. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once. Ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining attention to detail. Interest in developing leadership skills and growing into future management opportunities. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to access and retrieve products from refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as dough preparation, pizza assembly, and stocking supplies. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
