In this role, the Marketing & Sales Associate will be a focal point for connecting communities with the best wireless solutions. This position involves face-to-face customer interaction, guiding individuals through plan options, device selection, and account setup to ensure an accurate and smooth activation process. What you will be doing as a Marketing & Sales Associate As a Marketing & Sales Associate your primary responsibility will be directly assisting customers with enrollment, documenting information correctly, and supporting the activation process from start to finish. Marketing & Sales Associate:

Assist customers in person by explaining wireless plans, device features, and available service options. As the Marketing & Sales Associate, verify customer eligibility and complete enrollment steps using company workflows and CRM tools. Guide customers through device selection and plan enrollment based on their usage needs. Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records, including customer notes, progress updates, and enrollment status. Track activation steps and follow up on pending items to ensure timely service completion. Identify opportunities for customers to upgrade devices or add services based on account activity. Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales Associate team and managers to resolve delays, documentation issues, or service escalations. Marketing and Sales Associate Marketing & Sales Associate Requirements:

Prior experience working directly with customers in retail, service, or enrollment environments is helpful but not required. Ability to follow structured processes, manage multiple enrollment tasks, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with defined goals and service expectations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
