Our multilingual team is dedicated to assisting customers in English, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Spanish, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience in the language of your choice.

Position Objective:
Join our dynamic team at Wecan Wireless as a team member dedicated to supporting customers by addressing questions about AT&T wireless phone plans, devices, and other related services.
Required Skills:
Proficient in English and fluent in Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese (speaking, reading, writing) Strong multitasking abilities; capable of managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telecommunications Familiarity with wireless technology and mobile phone plans Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
