Job Description

Expanding Executives isn't just about wireless; we're about connecting people to possibility. As our Wireless Sales Crew Member at a sales and development firm, you'll share affordable mobile solutions with customers who need them most. The Wireless Sales Crew Member works face-to-face, helping our customers navigate low-cost data plans and affordable smartphones. As a Wireless Sales Crew Member, you will engage in person with Campbell customers to connect them with affordable mobile solutions that make everyday life easier. Through our hands-on sales training, the Wireless Sales Crew Member learns how to address customer concerns, such as limited data, device confusion, or service reliability, right on the spot. Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Crew Member Lead sales engagements in person to showcase affordable mobile solutions as the trusted choice for reliable, budget-friendly connectivity. Achieve sales targets by emphasizing the reliability and affordability of mobile services, ensuring every customer sees the long-term value. Simplify the selection process for affordable mobile solutions, making it easy for customers to understand their options and choose the best fit. Secure sales by guiding customers through the selection and activation process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new affordable mobile solution. Strengthen sales relationships by ensuring customers fully understand the benefits of their affordable mobile solution. Document sales interactions to track customer preferences and refine future recommendations for affordable mobile solutions. Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Crew Member High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage account details and follow‑ups. Persuasive communication skills with confidence in product presentations. Ability to identify customer pain points and match them with wireless solutions.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
