Sales Representative:
Position:
Sales Representative Qualifications:
Must hold a college degree or currently working to get it.
Required:
Previous experience in sales or related field. Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Negotiate freight rates and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize computer systems and software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed sales decisions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful execution of freight shipments. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
