Part-Time / Full-Time (Variable Hours) Company Overview Yogurtland is a self-serve frozen yogurt retail franchise. The operational model relies on quality customer interactions, continuous equipment maintenance, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Role Objective To execute required operational tasks, maintain store sanitation protocols, process point-of-sale transactions, and ensure continuous product availability during operating hours.

Core Responsibilities Inventory & Product Management:

Monitor and refill soft-serve frozen yogurt machines and topping bar stations. Replenish inventory from walk-in refrigerators and dry storage.

Sanitation & Maintenance:

Execute routine and deep-cleaning protocols for all food preparation areas, dispensing equipment, customer dining areas, and restrooms. Comply strictly with local health department codes.

Transaction Processing:

Operate the POS system accurately. Weigh customer products, process cash and credit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer with zero variance.

Physical Logistics:

Receive, verify, and unload inventory deliveries. Organize stock utilizing the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method. Required Qualifications & Physical Demands Physical capacity to stand and walk for the duration of a 6-to-8-hour shift. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 40 lbs (e.g., liquid yogurt mix boxes). Basic arithmetic skills required for register balancing and inventory counts. Reliable attendance and availability to work a fluctuating schedule, including required evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on store demand. Ability to multitask all core responsibilities Must be available to work weekends

Compensation Structure Hourly Wage:

$20 per hour

Schedule:

Hours are strictly demand-dependent; In the summer: 30+ hours. In the winter 15~20 hours.
