Job Description

1 YEAR
EXP REQUIRED.
Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in tire sales, automotive retail, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes Proven ability in sales management, negotiation, and retail math to meet or exceed sales targets Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS operations, and stock control procedures Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of automotive service procedures, maintenance practices, and dealership operations is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills combined with strong communication abilities to coordinate tasks efficiently Experience with TIRE BASE or
TIRE GURU.
