Retail Sales Associate (Part Time)

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn our services and systems. Position Summary As a part-time Retail Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in daily store operations. You will assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other business services while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox, and related services Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a courteous manner Promote store products and services when appropriate Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance Assist with restocking supplies and basic inventory tasks Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1 years of customer service experience (required) 2 years of customer service (preferred) Retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, Microsoft Office) Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Physical & Job Requirements Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods (counter service position; no stools/chairs) Must pass a criminal background check Required Certifications (After Hire) All employees must: Become a California Notary Public within the first 60 days of employment Become a Certified LiveScan Fingerprinting Technician within the first 60 days Pay increase provided after notary certification is completed. Training and guidance will be provided. PM Saturday:

9:00 AM•5:00

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM•3:00 PM This is a part-time position. Hours will vary based on business needs and availability .
