In this role, you will work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment, introduce wireless services, answer questions, provide support, and help customers find the best solutions for their needs. Wireless Service Associate at a glance: As a Wireless Service Associate, you will work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment on behalf of Verizon Wireless, helping them explore service options, answering questions, and delivering personalized sales and customer support Building strong relations with customers is an essential responsibility of every Wireless Service Associate A Wireless Service Associate develops deep knowledge in products to answer questions and resolve queries. Engage directly with customers in a professional manner and provide consistently top-tier customer support. A Wireless Service Associate will handle direct sales and customer support interactions to create credible, trust-based relationships. Collaborate with fellow Wireless Service Associate to achieve performance goals and elevate sales margins. Meet daily expectations as a Wireless Service Associate related to sales and customer support and service. Maintain a positive and professional brand image through consistent and excellent customer support.
Wireless Service Associate Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain products, plans, and solutions clearly to our beloved customers. Basic understanding with mobile devices, wireless products and plans, and accessories to elevate customer satisfaction. A Wireless Service Associate should have strong interpersonal skills and relationship‑building abilities. A Wireless Service Associate can work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
