Job Description
Legion Sales Solutions is an authorized dealer for AT&T , expanding our sales team in Woodland Hills and surrounding areas. We are currently hiring for a full-time AT&T Sales Associate role focused on in-person, face-to-face customer acquisition within the telecommunications industry. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to promote and sell AT&T wireless and internet services , guiding them through plan options and completing new account activations. This is a sales-focused, performance-driven role with hands-on training provided. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Engage with customers in-person in residential or assigned territories Present and sell AT&T wireless, mobile, and internet services Explain service plans, pricing, and current promotions clearly and accurately Assess customer needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions Complete new customer enrollments and account activations Track and document all sales and customer interactions Meet or exceed individual sales performance goals Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all customer interactions
