Store Associate - Groceries

Grocery Associate @ Natural Selection Local natural foods retailer is seeking a hard-working individual to join our team as a grocery associate. The position entails checking in orders, stocking merchandise, assisting customers, cashier duties, closing duties and any other tasks that need to be completed. Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, knowledgeable and efficient customer service to both customers and team members. Responsibilities & Qualifications:

1. Maintains high integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions 2. Perform all duties assigned 3. Provide excellent customer service 4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization 5. Stock and price merchandise accurately & efficiently 6. Receive and process orders and check for accuracy 7. Perform register duties 8. Perform closing duties

Must Have/Be:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in retail preferred 2. High school diploma 3. Excellent record of attendance 4. Incredible work ethic 5. Ability to lift 40 lbs. 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Reliable transportation 8. Flexible schedule - may include evenings and weekends.
