We carry premium haircare, skincare, and lifestyle brands alongside an in-house facial spa — and we take genuine pride in the expertise and warmth we bring to every guest interaction. We're looking for a beauty advisor who's ready to be part of that. What You'll Do Advise guests on skincare, haircare, and beauty products based on their specific needs and goals — not just what's on the shelf. Drive sales through authentic product knowledge and attentive service, not pressure tactics. Maintain merchandising standards — keep displays organized, shelves stocked, and the store looking sharp. Support in-store events, brand demos, and seasonal promotions. Assist with front-of-house duties for our facial spa — greeting clients, booking, and light coordination as needed. Who We're Looking For Genuine passion for beauty — skincare, haircare, and wellness — and the curiosity to keep learning. At least 1 year of beauty retail or cosmetics sales experience
REQUIRED
. Natural communicator who's as comfortable one-on-one as in a busy store environment. Comfortable with POS systems and basic digital tools. Available days, weekends, and holidays — consistent availability matters. Esthetician license is a plus — not required, but genuinely valued here.
Compensation & Schedule Pay:
$17-$20.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Hours:
25-35 hours/week
